GRAPE VARIETIES: Zalema, Muscat of Alexandria, Listán and Pedro Ximénez.

TYPE OF WINE: Young White, dry and fruity.

ELABORATION: Made from selected grapes harvested by night and by hand at the optimal moment of maturation. Pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation controlled at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The control of the whole elaboration process together with the use of the most advanced technology make it a fresh, fleshy wine with fruity aromas and tastes.

ALCOHOL: 11% Vol.

ACIDITY: 4.5 g/l

As its name indicates, LEVEL dry white is balanced in all senses, full-bodied and light at the same time, it is easy to choose in most occasions.

Fresh in the mouth, easy and very pleasant passage. Balanced wine with adequate acidity. smooth aftertaste of ripe fruit.

Pairing:
It is especially suitable and stimulating for seafood, harmonious with fine fish, ve-getables, paella and seafood rice, consistent and appropriate also with Iberian ham and medium-cured cheese.
